MCM Realty is a boutique residential and commercial real estate firm founded in 1989, with our broker, Carol Sutfin. We are located in McLean, Virginia but serve the Maryland and DC markets as well.
Partners Mike Hashemzadeh and Julie Mariotti are a formidable team at MCM, highly experienced and specialized in all aspects of real estate – high-end residential, residential, commercial (both owner occupied and income producing investment properties), commercial tenant representation(with a particular emphasis on medical spaces/buildings), and land development.
Most of our clientele have been with us for years, relying on our expertise to grow their real estate portfolio. A large part of our clientele comes to us through referral and repeat business. We feel this is the best testament to the high level of professionalism and service we provide. We are both members of the NVAR Top Producers Diamond Club.
We are also principals at EV Custom Homes, our home construction company, that has been successfully building beautiful, fully custom homes in Northern Virginia since 2014.

As home builders, we have garnered significant experience in land development. This combination of skill sets has worked very well for us, and of course, for our clients, as we can offer a seamless experience from lot acquisition, through the site work and permitting process, and finally, designing and building a dream home for our clients. Through his decades of experience dealing with financial institutions for residential, commercial and land sales, Mike is an expert source to guide you through the construction loan process, which can be daunting, so you have a complete understanding of the process. We can also make solid referrals from within our banking networks.
With our years of experience, we actively help our clients with all of their real estate needs - residential, commercial, investment, and land development. We are truly full-service agents that will quarterback the transaction from day one until closing. We are always pleased to introduce our clients to our network of bankers, specialized contractors, vendors, and design professionals to give that extra level of service.
