Unlike many agents who do residential real estate, we have years of experience in commercial real estate. Mike has done millions of dollars of commercial transactions during his 40-year career, and Julie has been very active in this arena since 2012. We have particular expertise in securing office space (suite or full buildings) for medical and dental practices, for purchase or for lease providing strong tenant representation and lease negotiation. 

We are experienced in locating income producing properties from strip malls to single tenant, to multi-family and will oversee every aspect of the transaction. We look for opportunities and have done transactions in the DMV as well as in various states across the country, and we are very familiar with 1031 Exchange processes.
